BELINDA BAUMAN
Co- Founder and Chief Catalyst
While living in Africa, Belinda experienced what she calls a “beautiful collision” with brave women who survive the dangers of conflict zones. She founded One Million Thumbprints, a campaign advocating for women and girls experiencing violence. Belinda is an educator, an author and a therapist. She and Stephan traded the hub-bub of greater Washington DC for Grand Rapids where they relish late night conversations with friends while gazing at the stars.

ALYCE DAILEY

Alyce is an author, coach, speaker, entrepreneur, and community builder, As a first-generation American, Alyce credits her parents with giving her the gift of opportunity. Alyce and her husband Seth founded The Dailey Group, a group of real estate professionals serving across the United States. Alyce summited Mt. Kilimanjaro on International Women’s Day to raise awareness for women and girls who experience violence in conflict zones. Alyce and her husband Seth live in Austin, Texas and have 4 daughters.

STEPHAN BAUMAN
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Stephan served in private philanthropy, partnering with ministries and community-based organizations in more than 100 countries worldwide, and as president and CEO of World Relief, a relief and development organization serving the most vulnerable worldwide. Early on, Stephan transitioned from a career in the Fortune 100 to Africa where he directed missional programs for nearly a decade. Stephan considers his African friends his most influential teachers, and his wife, Belinda, his most important mentor.

SUNITA GROTH
Board Member
Sunita Groth feels most alive watching people be restored to their rightful place and fullest dignity, especially women, the poor and marginalized people groups. She has and has spent 20 years serving alongside and learning from those in the hardest and most conflict prone places of the world, including the past 15 years with World Vision. Sunita holds a Master’s in Economics and Finance from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Economics from Gordon College. Sunita and Andy make their home in Jacksonville, Florida with their four children: Gabe, Addie, Asha, Eden and Zion. -
ANDY GROTH
Board Member
Andy’s life was changed on a trip to India and Thailand where he participated in a sting operation with International Justice Mission (IJM) to rescue underage girls who had been forced into prostitution. This fanned a flame in him to serve those on the margins and the past 15 years have included three stints of living overseas, with many travels in between. Andy holds a Master’s of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Davenport University, and is a certified trainer in the DISC personality profile. Sunita and Andy met while living in Rwanda and were formed by the resilience, love and hope of the friends they met there.
